Problem adding item to navigation bar with external link

Hello,

I’m trying to add an item to my navigation bar with an external link (absolute URL). However, instead of directing me to an external site, the link is automatically displayed as being relative to my base URL (to a subpage). Any idea of why that is, and of how I could fix this by editing the code?

Hi @Ajabath,

At the bottom of the text box where you enter your absolute URL there’s a checkbox saying: “URL is an absolute URL…”. Just check that for the URL that’s absolute and it should work.
