Private issue for anonymus user

Its solve, I follow this solution:

Subscription 3.1

Hi In my OJS 3.1 installation I can’t find the pages containing Subscription Policies and Subscription Types. I have checked “The journal will require subscriptions to access some or all of its contents” [subscription] But that’s all I can find. Could you please tell me where to go? Regards Niels Erik
