Hi
As a new journal manager, I just took part in publishing the most recent issue of a journal. The problem is that the previous issue is gone missing. I thought it would automatically be archived but I cannot seem to find it anywhere?
How can I fix the issue, and how can I prevent that from happening in the future?

As soon as you create a new issue, it is placed in the Future issues category. When you publish that issue, it is automatically moved to back issues and is also present in the archives. If you unpublish it, it is moved back to future issues and it is out the archives page.
Maybe your issue was unpublished and you’re trying to find it in the archives?
