my master asks me to prevent a paper to be submitted again.
i searched a lot, but there was no answer . what is unique in one paper?
how can i know a paper was submitted before or not?

Unfortunately i have no idea too , there is nothing unique for an unsent paper. Even title of a paper cant be unique.
