What actually is the Potential Reviewer Database in the Setup 2.7.
How to create one and what information available in the database.
Is it clickable / importable to the reviewer list?

This feature enable you to include links to open database of (potential) reviewers that you may invite to your journal. You do not create a local database of potential reviewers but you include or register existing databases to browse them (e.g. PubMed).
