I’m not quite sure I understand your question, can you clarify what you are attempting to do here? Also, can you please indicate the version of OJS you’re working from (e.g. 3.3.0-13)?

Thanks for clarifying. I’m not sure the best way to go about this, but it would likely require template and database changes - I will see if one of our developers can comment when they have an opportunity.

In the plugin gallery, there is the “Toggle Required Metadata” Plugin, which can be used to set the ORCID Id field as required.

I have used the plugin but it is not yet required
