Plugin to notify users

    Is there a plugin that allows to notify users by default roles and templates?
    By default the OJS 3 does not do this.

Thanks for your question. There is no plugin available on OJS 3.2.1-2 that would allow you to notify users by role. This feature has been added to OJS 3.3. For more information on how this works, please see our OJS 3.3 Features video the section on Notifying users by role starts at 05:41.
