Plugin Gallery Stuck on Loading

I have an issue when trying to access the plugin gallery. It is stuck on loading. Only spinning circles appear.

The OJS version that I used is 3.3.0.7.
The PHP version is 7.4.13 on Microsoft-IIS/10.0 web server.

Does anyone happen to know how to solve this issue?

See what error message in the PHP log appears when you access the plugin gallery and paste it here.

A buggy plugin may prevent this page from loading. If so, you can remove the problematic plugin to get it working again.
