Plugin Gallery disappeared after installing OJS 3.3.0-11

Hallo,
after installing OJS 3.3.0-11, I cannot seen the Plugin Gallery any more.
Is it because I do not have an administrator role? or maybe because the previously available plugins have not been upgraded to the new OJS version yet?

Hmm… not having an admin role could be a factor, but do you see any errors in your PHP error log?
