PLN LOCKSS errors

I’m having multiple LOCKSS errors on our journals. Could I get some insight into why this may be happening? Here are logs from most recent cronjob:

It looks like each journal attempting a deposit is getting one error or another.

There seems to be a problem with the PKP PLN server. It’s been having issue the last few days. I’m trying to sort out the issue and I’ve been talking to the folks over there so hopefully it will get cleared up soon.

I am now getting LOCKSS status messages correctly, but new packages are still returning 500 errors. From last night:

Yes, it is. However, I cleared out those last few files and last night they sent correctly and are now marked as “transferred”. I’ll see what the status comes back as tonight.

The deposits sent last week, and are marked as SENT TO LOCKSS for processing status, but the LOCKSS status column has been “unknown” for 4 or 5 days now.

Hi Jason. We’ve asked the LOCKSS box admins to make a couple of configuration changes. The status column will remain “unknown” until they’ve all completed the updates.
