pkp.sfu.ca/ojs/UPGRADE is down?

Greetings,

I want to upgrade from 3.1.1.4 to 3.1.2, but when I go to Managing the Server Environment and under "Upgrade instructions can be found in the following locations:"click on

OJS: https://pkp.sfu.ca/ojs/UPGRADE

I have:

Not Found

The requested URL /ojs/UPGRADE was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.15 (CentOS) Server at pkp.sfu.ca Port 443

Is it possible that documentation is being updated and we need to wait a bit or is it actually there, but I have a problem at my end?

It looks great. There are a couple places where there seem to be non-clickable links like this:

- [Upgrading the OJS database](#upgrading-the-ojs-database)

but perhaps it’s the way they look on my phone. Notwithstanding, it is purely cosmetic and the page reads clearly, thanks again!
