PKP PN Plugin upload errors

OJS 3.3.0.13 PKP PN plugin - v.2.0.4.5

When our users are trying to upload via PN Plugin we are getting issue - “Deposit failed, ensure it didn’t exceed the maximum size supported by the Preservation Network.”

We tried to increase public_user_dir_size = 50000 as users told that some files were 40mb. Is it the right step to do for this or is it totally different then the error. They are trying to upload multiple ingests at once.
Is there any limit for PN plugin with respect to uploads or upload size?

Hi!

The issue should have at maximum 1GB, but this limit is going to be increased, so you don’t need to do anything at this moment. Once the limit is increased, your deposit will be updated to “completed”.
