PKP PN Plugin: The deposit didn't pass the payload validation

Hi,

we tried to deposit a new journal via the PKP PN Plugin, but just got the error “The deposit didn’t pass the payload validation, you may try to resend the deposit”

We use a bot check on our server to prevent unauthorized access by bots. Could this be causing the problem?

What application are you using?

  • OJS version: 3.3.0-20
  • PKP PN Plugin version: 2.0.4.5

Hi @bibliothekswelt!

Sorry for the delay. Yes, that’s the reason, you’ll have to disable your anti-bot verification for requests coming from the host pkp-pn.lib.sfu.ca, then “reset” the failed deposit.

Internally, we’ll probably have to change how this integration works.
