PKP PN plugin Failed to Download

Hi @jonasraoni,

I’m encountering another issue with the PKP plugin. For three journals I’m getting the error shown in the screenshot I’ve attached. Unfortunately, I can’t understand from the logs what is causing it.

Could you please help me figure out how to resolve this?

The ISSNs of the affected journals are:

• Ri-Vista. Research for Landscape Architecture – ISSN 1724-6768

• TECHNE – Journal of Technology for Architecture and Environment – ISSN 2239-0243

• Webbia – ISSN 0083-7792

Hi @paolo_pellegrino,

The error message isn’t very helpful, but I can say the real reason is that the deposit is too large (2.2GB), we’re just storing up to 1GB.

It’s feasible to drop this limit, but it will require some updates to the plugin and the server (which are planned, but not scheduled on a timeline), so for now, you’ll have to wait.
