We have activated the PKP PN plugin a few days ago and registred our first OA journal there (https://www.dimawe.de). Now I get an error message when I click on the “status” link of the plugin (see screenshot below) . Is there something we have to do on our side to solve this issue?
We are using OJS 3.3.0.13

At this moment deposits larger than 1GB are rejected, we’re going to increase the limit to 2GB, once it happens, this issue should be fixed.

Thanks! The problem is caused by some extremely large video files in this journal. Is there an option to exclude video files from being included in the zip file?
Are all parts of an article added to the zip file or only those parts where you have selected “Article Text” in the “Article Component” drop down menu in the “Upload a File Ready for Publication” menu in the publication stage
At this moment there’s isn’t such option, but we definitely can add this feature in the future, I’ve created an issue and left some initial ideas: https://github.com/pkp/pln/issues/79

Can I exclude the videos for the time being if I upload the video to a separate website and if I choose “This galley will be available at a separate website” in the “Add Galey” menu - or will it be part of the zip file for the PKP PN nevertheless?
Yeah, that might work! I believe that resetting the failed deposit, at the plugin settings, will force the plugin to regenerate the package with your hack
