PKP PLN: “The PKP PLN does not know about this journal yet” Message

Hi,

I’m using OJS 3.4.0-8 and enabled the PKP PLN plugin.
I accepted the terms.

But under the plugin, it still says:

“The PKP PLN does not know about this journal yet.”

Our journal:
MetaScientia: Journal of the History and Philosophy of Science
Website: https://metasciencehps.org

Is there anything else I need to do, or should I just wait?

Hi @alper,

It can sometimes take a bit of time for the journal to register with the PKP PN. When did you enable the plugin?

it has been more than two weeks since i enabled the plugin for the Journal.

Hmm… I would think that it would show up by now. We do have some advice for how you might troubleshoot on your end: https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/pkp-pn/en/#troubleshooting

@jonasraoni - any idea what might be occurring on our end?

Good day. Our site (cpts.com.ua) was running on OJS 2.4.8, but we recently upgraded to OJS 3.3.20. We enabled and configured the PKP PN Plugin. A week has passed, but the status does not change. How long did it take for this plugin to work or is it possible that we need to make other settings?

Hi @alper,

I’ve seen a couple of such complaints these days, and we’ll get the server upgrade soon to get rid of it and other problems, I’ve fixed your journal manually, so you may check tomorrow if it’s working fine.

About the case of @1118, his installation has a problem, which I’ve answered in another thread.

Could you please look at my journal also. I activated 2 days back, and it still showing like the above case
