PKP PLN - PN server returned HTTP error 500 when sending the deposit

I have enabled the PKP PLN and noticed in the error log that the first two issues are producing an error in the error log.

OJS: 3.2.1.1

I don’t know if it is normal and will be resolved automatically, please guide me if I need to do anything on my end.

Hi @seisense,

It seems that there is a problem regarding the XML file that is produced by the PLN Plugin export process (which uses the Native Import/Export Export Process)

Can you share whether the folder /home/seisense/ojsdata/journals/1/pln/D352786B-16D7-485A-B6B9-AE9C47CA71F6 contains any XML files that may be for example empty?

You can also try to export the issue that is indicated with the error (id=1) from the Native Import/Export plugin, to check if the export process produces a file, and share possible errors?

Issue is resolved by itself. I simply reset the two issues in PKP PN plugin.
