We are having problems with the PKP PLN plugin in several of our journals in OJS. For 12 of them, the status continues to display:
“Network Status: The PKP PLN does not know about this journal yet.”
No deposits appear in the list, and this message has persisted for several months, even though we followed the instructions in the documentation and forum threads. One of our journals (ACI Avances en Ciencias e Ingenierías) does appear in the PKP PLN listing and shows status “Complete” up to Volume 17. However, the other journals are still not recognized by the PLN.

Steps I took leading up to the issue
Verified that each journal has an ISSN, published issues, and articles assigned to issues.
- Confirmed DOI plugin is active and OAI-PMH is enabled.
- Installed/updated the PKP PN plugin and accepted the terms of use.
- Confirmed the Journal Identifier was generated.
- Waited over two months for synchronization and checked the nightly updated
onix.csvlist — only one journal appears.
Despite these steps, the status remains the same and no deposits are generated.
What application are you using?
OJS 3.3.
Additional information
All journals are on the same OJS installation.
Only one journal (ACI Avances) is recognized by the PKP PLN and shows completed deposits.
The other journals have shown the same message for months.
