PKP PLN - Items not being deposited

Till this time the network status still like yesterday. It says “This journal must be running OJS 2.4.8 to make deposits to the PKP PLN”.

What is the problem and how should I solve it?

I can see that your journal is now OJS 2.4.8.3. It should start making deposits soon. The depositor only runs once a day, so it might take a while.

Your journal is not configured correctly @Danu_Herlambang. It is reporting its URL as http:/​/​10.211.1.142/​index.php/​JurnalIlmiahHubunganInternasiona which is clearly not correct. Our servers are not able to access it to verify that it has been upgraded.

This is usually something you configure in config.inc.php in the base_url setting. I don’t have much experience with configuring OJS, but maybe @ctgraham can provide some guidance.

@mjoyce Thank you very much for your help. The case closed.
As you say, its problem is because we activated the PKP PLN plugin on journal clone which we use for update trial. It seems that I only need to wait till the plugin deposit my journal. It’s been around a week and there’s no activity.

Has anything changed in the plugin status page? What is the Journal’s UUID on the plugin settings page?
