PKP journal hosting

I was way into the process of moving my existing journal to the PKP hosting services, but something might have gone wrong, since my contact at PKP is gone AWOL for almost a month now, and none of my latest emails got a response.

I was told the first migration steps had gone well, and we already scheduled a maintenance time window to allow the final migration for this week.

Is there any alternative contact who can help/guide me through the process? I’d like to subscribe to the Enterprise Plan, with CLOCKSS support and few minor customizations in the way.
