In version 3.4.0.1, target=“_blank” does not work in html

Can you provide more information here? How are you utilizing the target=“_blank” within HTML - is it in a galley?

For example, in the description of the magazine, I write a text and create a link. In the Insert/Edit Link window, I select Open Link in… A new window. But this setting is ignored.
I checked in editing the source code that target=_blank is written.
