PDF not Viewable in Chrome (2.4.6)

Hi,

I’m currently have an issue in OJS where embedded pdf are not viewable in Chrome.
I was able to view the pdfs in Safari and Chrome. Is this a known issue for OJS 2.4.6.

The following was found but PdfSubmissionFilePlugin.inc.php is not in the new code.

…but also…

I was able to view the pdfs in Safari and Chrome

Did you mean maybe another browser?

I apologize. I meant I can view PDFs in Safari and FireFox

Hi @atwumb,

I would suggest trying this plugin:

It’ll replace the PDFObject-based presentation of PDF galleys with one using PDF.js instead. PDFObject is known not to work with IE11, and while I’m not aware of problems with Chrome and PDFObject specifically, I suspect this will solve those too.

I have installed the pdfjsviewer. However I where do I go to enable it.
. I have logged on to journal/admin and see System Plugins heading under System Management but I don’t see an option to enable plugins.
