PDF in the galley not working

Dear PKP community,

Recently I install the OJS version 3.3.0-7. I submitted the article in the site. However, I can’t download the pdf in the galley on site. Please see attachment. But I am able to download the pdf via back end submission, achieves article under publication tab. Anybody got such problem before? As I am not expect in web programming.

Hi @cheekien ,

in case of error 500 you should inspect web server logs to get more info.
