My OJS setup was working fine and suddenly I got strange issue. PDF files load (view /download) upto some certain point like 30% to 80% and then progress stops. And after waiting long time it fail to view or download. I have checked everything else is working fine, the file permission etc. and I can see and open the files in web file manager. Any clue?
OJS 2.x version.

I played around on different settings like error reporting, show stack, CGI path, fopen etc. and reverted back but now i am getting 500 internal server error. I am working with .user.ini/ php.ini file to show the error

one more thing I found after enabling error detail:

Thanks for your support. The problem is solved by disabling usage stats plugin
