I have installed and use ojs 2.4.8.0 but after use link to download pdf file does not appear , please help

It seems that you haven’t uploaded the PDFs yet – I cannot see them on the table of content or on the article page. To do this you could go as editor to Submissions Archives > to an article > you will be on the article Editing page now > go to Layout > for “Upload file to” choose “Galley” radio button and upload the PDF.
