PayPal payment method doesn't work

Dear PKP Users
I have problem with Pay Pay payment method.
I have registered IPN in my PayPal Account but in the website it doesn’t work.
I did everything according to the manual.
When I click PayPal plugin button in the last page of the registration it links to the main webpage of the conference,
please help.

I assume you’re asking about OCS – what version are you running?

What IPN URL have you set up in your PayPal plugin configuration?

I have the same problem.

And my IPN URL was http://soac.tempsite.ws/ocs/index.php/VIIIEBEM/VIII_EBEM/payment/landing

I used https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr to test… and in my test when I click to PAY with Paypal this message appear

“Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.”

What I do wrong?
And I’m noob in this software.

I post another 'cuz is other question. The another post is about what the URL OCS will receive the feedback from paypal, and this is about BAD_INPUT_ERROR. If I did wrong way, sorry! And thx 4 yout attention
