Paypal and ojs integration

I am using OJS version 3.1.1.0 and trying to integrate paypal payment. I created REST API apps and i got client ID,secret, Sandbox in paypal but i am running my ojs in xampp (localhost) how to connect paypal and OJS Platform. Because payment button not showing kind give some suggestion
