Password Error: The password reset hash you attempted to use is not valid

Hi,

One of our users is getting an error message when attempting to reset their password for the CLJ.
This is the message they received:

“Errors occurred processing this form:
The password reset hash you attempted to use is not valid.
You must choose a new password before you can log in to this site.”

Any solutions to this error code?

OJS Version 2.4.4.1 (looking to update by the end of Fall fingers crossed)

Considering your OJS version (prior to 2.4.7) this problem might be related with this issue in PKP Github. Please, check and test if it fixes this error you are facing:

I checked the issue, and in the end we had the user create a new account because we could not find the user profile in our system records.
