Paper in process are problem

Description of issue or problem I’m having:
Some paper after migrate are problem. (100-300paper are problem)
etc.

Steps I took leading up to the issue:

  1. Goto paper REVIEW state and press add discussion button.
  2. add information and press upload file

  3. upload file and continue.
  4. error

**Application Version - e.g.,
I migrate OJS 3.1.2: t0 ojs 3308
php 7.3
nginx

**Additional information, such as screenshots and error log messages if applicable:
Log file are empty

**My solusion

  1. Unassign all participant and add again
  2. test upload file but still error

I would like some advice.
Each submission, Where are authorize stored in the Database Table.
I need fix each submit paper.

The current role error often indicates that you don’t have the appropriate roles assigned. As a first step, can you check to see if you have the proper roles assigned to your user: Learning Open Journal Systems 3.3 - Users and Roles
