OPS Automatic Emails Reminders

Hello,

Can we configurate emails so that they can be sent automatically, after a given number of days?

Similarly to OJS’s automatic emails in the Review stage, we would like to create automatic emails as a reminder for the moderator and the author to complet their tasks.

Hi @uOttawa_Library,

I looked into this, and I don’t think this functionality exists in OPS because it doesn’t have the same review functions as OJS - so it wouldn’t be feasible. It would require code customizations or potentially a plugin to address this. I’d be interested in hearing from anyone else in the community if they found a way to do this.
