Describe the issue or problem
I am using OJS 3.1.2.4 (need to upgrade, not much time, sorry)
I use open review.
But I would like authors not know how late are the reviews, or which reviews are already submitted, unless the editors consider the review process finished.
Is there a way to accomplish this?
