Open Journal Systems how to fix CrossRefExportPlugin ? Register,check status & update error

An error occurred in the CrossRefExportPlugin plugin?
I can’t do Register, check status & update error

Steps I took leading up to the issue
For example:

  1. Go to Home > User > Journal Management > Import/Export Data
  2. Click on Register,Check Status , Manage Issue , Update
  3. See error
