Open harvest System_Add Archive Error

I found following error when i try to add archive of OJS journal website.

Errors occurred processing this form:

• The specified OAI URL is not valid. Please check the URL and try again.

Please answer it so that, I will able to add archive

How are you trying to add the archive of OJS journal?
Where do you encounter the error?
What version of OJS are you using?
