Open conference questions！！！

Glad to get in touch with you. I am a student from China, from ocean university of China. Recently, we want to use your website with other universities to bid for an international conference. Now, I have questions for your website.

  1. We should download the open conference software, and install in Linux. And we can register in software and sign in.
    That’s OK?

  2. The website doesn’t show the cost if we apply for an international conference. Is it free? I’m not sure.
    If possible, please send me a tutorial on your website. I have found a tutorial which is named OCS in an hour. is it sure.

I am not sure if I understood correctly your questions. But regarding to first: yes, you need download and install it on a LAMP stack to run it.
Regarding to later question, are you attempting to set a OCS install?
