There is no provision for the Author/Auditor to intimate/communicate back to the Press via e-mail regarding the completion of a task assigned to him. Because of this, the Press people (Press Editor/Copy Editor/Layout Editor) will not be knowing about the completion of the task assigned to the Author/Auditor such as Auditing unless they login to the Press. Can we make provision? Kindly help.

The copyediting, proofreading, and layout editing processes were confusing in OMP 1.1.1 and prior, so we’ve overhauled them for release in OMP 1.2, which we hope to wrap up within 2 months. I’d suggest watching for that release to come out and upgrading once it’s available.
