OMP 3.3.0-4 and 3.3.0-7 - Internal Reviewer has no rights to download files: “The current role does not have access to this operation.”

I have an OMP 3.3.0-7 site whose complete system informations are:

Server Information

On this site I have the following issue:
assigned Internal Reviewers have no rights to download Review Files. When they click on file title the following error raises up:
{"status":false,"content":"The current role does not have access to this operation.","elementId":"0","events":null}

The error is raised both before and after the Internal Reviewer accepts the Review Request.

As you can see from the above System Informations, the site was initially a 3.2.1-1 OMP version and the issue was not there. Then I did an update to 3.3.0-4 and the issue raised up.
Following, I tried an update to 3.3.0-7 but this didn’t fix the issue.

As a final test, to check if the issue was caused by the update of OMP,
I did a fresh new installation of OMP 3.3.0-7 and the issue raises up also there.

Can anyone help here?

Does the fix that you did for OMP 3.3.0-4 and 3.3.0-7 - Authors see an empty "Internal Review" tab
also fix this problem?

**Describe the bug** - Editor / Journal manager assign an internal reviewe…r for a submission. - Reviewer gets a notification for review. - When accessing the review process, the assigned reviwe file cannot be downloaded. **To Reproduce** As Press Manager or Series Editor 1. Login to OMP 2. Select a Submission in internal review stage and select "Internal Review" 3. Under Round X (default 1) and click on "Add reviewer" under Reviews Table. 4. Select a reviewer by clicking "select reviewer" in the "Add reviewer modal" As reviewer 1. Login in to OMP as the select reviewer in the preivous step. 2. Click on ' "My Queue" and click on "view" on the "Review Assignment" 3. You will be redirected to Tab "3. Downalod and Review" 4.
