Hello.

OMP 3.1.1-4

Some variables in template emails are null.

For example →

{$authorName}

or

{$authorUsername}

Others vars are not NULL

For example →

{$submissionTitle}

Hi @juanito,

The variables that are available to each template will vary. As for variables referring to the author name or username, these aren’t supported because there may be many authors.

In this case is :
SUBMISSION_EDITOR_DECISION_ACCEPT

Only one author.

Then, could i delete this vars? Thanks.

Hi @juanito,

Yes, I’d recommend removing that variable from the template. (I had thought that the upgrade process took care of this, but I can’t check at the moment.)
