OMP 3.1.1-4 bug with review showing to author

I have freshly installed OMP 3.1.1-4.
I have created one press; One author submitted a book; One Internal reviewer reviewed the book, and attached a review file. Finally the Series Editor accepted the review.
Then in the author view under Internal review nothing is visible, only the Discussion. See attached image.
I think it is a bug.
