OMP 1.2 : can't add item types in review form

Hello,
if I go to:
Setting => Workflow=> Review => Review Form => Create Review Form
anche create a new form
then I create ITEMS
then I edit the ITEM and select and Item Type and click to “Add Item” link nothing happens, nor a Item Type added nor a debug message :expressionless:

How can I solve this problem?

Hi @Alfredo_Cosco,

Where did you check for error messages? If you haven’t, try checking your PHP error log. Alternately, if you have a tool like Firebug for Firefox, turn it on before you submit the new item and see whether the response contains an error message.

I checked the apache log and there are no errors
I checked with Chrome Inspector, the same
With Firebug, still nothing.

It seems that the link doesn’t activate nothing.

Hmm, I can’t duplicate that behavior locally. Would it be possible for you to provide me with temporary credentials to your installation?
