Omit the title of the section from issues' table of contents en OJS 3.2.1-1

Hi,

I am testing the section options in version OJS 3.2.1-1, and I have found that the option: “Omit the title of this section from issues’ table of contents.” does not work.

The title of the section continues to be shown after activation.

Hi,
I have had the same trouble for over a year. I thought an upgrade to the latest version would fix the issue, but it hasn’t. Can’t figure out what the problem is. Let’s hope someone can chime in.
