Describe the issue or problem
I’m installing OJS3.5 and it’s not from upgrade. It’s fresh install. I have contact hosting and they already try with custom resource like IO/CPU/RAM and installation still thrown same error.
What application are you using?
OJS3.5, using php 8.2
