[OJS3.1.1-1] Citation style uses journal initials instead of abbreviation

Hi!
Citation language plugin In ojs 3.1.1-1, using Journal Initials instead of Journal Abbreviation in how to cite output of ACS, IEEE, Vanacouver style as well as in RIS download.
I think it should use journal abbreviation instead of Journal initials.
