I am facing a design-related issue with my OJS ojs-3.4.0-11 website. The website’s design and layout are not displaying properly, and some styling elements may not be working as expected.

Can you provide more details? What theme and what version of the theme are you using? Have you tried enabling/re-enabling the theme? Sometimes people run into permissions issues when their sites are not working properly, this thread also provides some advice:

You need to set the public_files_dir value (public by default) to a valid path within your server. Honestly, this will really depend on your server config.
