OJS spinner is freezing during sending the file and is not going to the other stages.
Hello. I hope you are fine. During the last two weeks, I am dealing with a problem of OJS system in my journal. In this regard while I am trying to send the file from copyediting to Production stage the spinner starts to rotate and it just freezing without going to the other stage. The problem has just appeared in my ojs , previously It was working well. Would you please help me to find a solution for this problem. I have even update the system to OJS 3.1.1.2 but steel we have encountered the same problem. I am also uploading the required information for your consideration.

Hi @Hourakhsh_AhmadNia,

Is there anything relevant in your PHP error log?

Does changing the interface language to another language rather than Turkish change the behavior?

by changing the language to English the problem steel remain :frowning:
it seems that it is not related to PHP error log.

Hi @Hourakhsh_AhmadNia,

A 500 error should always result in something logged on the server. What does your PHP error log contain?
