Hi,
I am a journal manager for our OJS system based in Malaysia. As a Journal manager, I got many complaints from our reviewers and authors (outside Malaysia) that they are unable to submit, make a review report and download the contains due to server down (i guess).
Anyone could help me? I think there is some setting in OJS to do so. Need your advise.
