OJS server down in countries outsie malaysia


I am a journal manager for our OJS system based in Malaysia. As a Journal manager, I got many complaints from our reviewers and authors (outside Malaysia) that they are unable to submit, make a review report and download the contains due to server down (i guess).

Anyone could help me? I think there is some setting in OJS to do so. Need your advise.

Hi @MYTRIBOS_Malaysia,

I can’t think of anything within OJS that would cause what you describe; I suspect you’ll have to look at the web server level (e.g. Apache) and/or your ISP’s connection with the outside world. Can you describe what users experience in more detail?
