OJS Reset Password unable to log in

On OJS-2.4.7.1 I have one journal with this issue and unable to find any solution.

I am getting the emails to reset password. I follow the steps, and then when I proceed to the next step (actually logging on) it doesn’t let me do it. I have tried Chrome and IE on PC.

The first thing I would check is the length of the password field in the users table in the database. If it is 40 instead of 255 characters, this indicates a missed or failed upgrade.
