OJS, OMP, and OPS 3.5.0 released

PKP is pleased to announce the release of the latest OJS, OMP, and OPS version, 3.5.0.

This version includes major community-informed feature enhancements for easier task and user management, improved editorial usability, GDPR-aligned workflows, and better support for multilingual journals. We encourage you to upgrade to 3.5 now and help shape the upcoming LTS version by providing feedback from your experience.

New 3.5 image for OJS and OMP:

No LTS tags as this version is still not labeled as “Long Term Support”.
Latest won’t be updated yet but stable-3.5 will be created.

As detailed here, images for OMP were also undusted and published in dockerHub:

Those images introduce relevant changes from older ones, so please read this post to be sure it fits to you. Feedback is welcome.

Of all the changes, for me, the most significant is that we can now create images and maintain OJS and OMP in the same way. This will allow images to be released much faster or even automated with GitHub Actions right after each release.
