OJS not allowing me to login

I installed OJS on my server, but the system is not allowing me to log in (even as an admin).

You should be able to login here: https://ijcsacademia.com/index.php/index/login

Perhaps you suppressed the login?

Thanks for the response. Apparently, it is working well with my phone but not with the laptop. How do I rectify this
