OJS new management page

Hi ,

I have to create a new management module similar to review form . then i will show it while the author submit journal .

I suspect that will involve quite a bit of coding – but you can start by looking at the review froms code. It’s written primarily in the lib/pkp/classes/reviewForm directory.
