Extracted the ojs 3.1.0.1
Made changes to writeable
public
cache
cache/t_cache
cache/t_config
cache/t_compile
cache/_db
created directory to files and made them writable
Tried to access the domain it shows file not found (https://rubatosis.in/journal/)
later i tried https://rubatosis.in/journal/index.php/index/install/install
i created database and everything related to that by following some videos
i continued installation steps at final step of it it shows (This page isn’t working rubatosis.in is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500)

i had contacted the server administrator but he told that he has no error in his side while you please specify what type of error it should be

That is rather access log. Please ask your sysadmin to make php error log available as file in php.ini and try to install again so the system can log error.
